The story revolves around Mansi (Rekha) and Amar (Om Puri), a middle-class couple living in Mumbai. They have a stable life, a daughter, and a loving relationship. However, the film takes a sharp turn when Mansi, driven by a desire for consumerist luxuries that Amar’s modest salary cannot provide, finds herself entangled in a world of high-end prostitution.
