The film focuses on a group of notorious criminals led by Lakshmi (played by ) and Krishna ( Makarand Deshpande ). Their modus operandi was simple yet horrific: Lakshmi would visit a home under the guise of asking for water to identify vulnerable targets, typically lone women or the elderly. Once inside, the gang would commit heinous acts of violence, including slitting throats and rape, before looting the house.
