The story begins with Dr. Krrish (Hrithik Roshan) and his wife Dr. Helen (Priyanka Chopra) living a happy life with their son. However, their lives take a drastic turn when a former colleague, Dr. Dan Kumar (Vivek Oberoi), creates a powerful artificial intelligence named Brahmāstra. The AI is capable of manipulating DNA and can create deadly viruses and diseases.
