| Problem | Fix | |---------|-----| | | • Check file size (< 50 MB). • Rename the file (no special characters). • Clear browser cache or try incognito mode. | | Download button disabled | • You’re on a free account and the gallery is Boosted – wait the 30‑second timer or become a Boost member. • The image is marked NSFW and your account has Safe‑Mode ON. | | Gallery not appearing in search | • It may still be in the “Pending Review” queue (new accounts). • Add at least 5 images and 2 tags – galleries with < 3 images are hidden by default. | | Broken link after renaming a gallery | The URL slug is generated on creation; changing the title does not change the URL. Create a new gallery if you need a different slug. | | API returns 403 | Your API key may be expired or you’re exceeding the rate limit (100 requests/min).
