Delete the Audio/BGM/ folder and re-verify the patch archive. The 16.09 build had a corrupted .ogg file for the boss theme "Yuna's Determination". A hotfix Patch0.1.040b was released 48 hours later – check if you have the -L (Lite) version which excludes that audio file.
