Unlike a smartphone, you cannot simply download a stock B760HS3 firmware from ZTE’s public website. Most firmware is locked to specific ISPs or regions due to certifications (Widevine L1 for Netflix, HDMI-CEC profiles).
The most stable firmware remains Android 9 (Pie) with security patch from 2022. Do not believe “Android 13” claims – the GPU drivers cannot handle it.
A: Try a different HDMI cable, TV input, or re-flash with the correct firmware. If USB Burning Tool detects it, it’s likely recoverable.
